If you purchase any service/content from me then you have to add your payment method both for local & international transactions depending on your preferences. In that process I may collect the bank name, switch code, card number (not the pin number), billing address and relevance.    

Automatically Collected Data:

Diagnostic, performance and service related log and usage data are automatically collected and recorded in log files. The following information are collected automatically while surfing in my website but they never reveal your identity. When an user choose to register and sign-in/log-in for any service in my website through his social media account, he is just willingly sharing his profile with me and I can access a lot more information about him. My website (mymiah.com) allows/gives you registration and sign-in options through your Facebook or Twitter accounts. These are third party social media platforms and I am aware of that. For any action like transactions, business partnership, sale of products, business migration or other security I may collect more information about you from your social media accounts and process them for safe dealings. Most of the social media providers collect (what you have provided to them) and share your Name, Profile picture, Email address, Friends list, Country, Home town/City as well as Home address and more to public.

Here, my statement is that I donā€™t have any control of your social media accounts and also I am not responsible for any kind of changes or other actions happening with your third party social media accounts. In such cases, I recommend you to read their privacy policy and terms of use.

Time Period/Duration of Keeping Your Information:

Your information is kept for a certain period of time to meet the purposes stated above in this privacy policy notice or according to law (legal requirements). Besides this, the information is kept in an organize way depending on how long you are using my services. I  donā€™t keep your data in my storage if there is no valid purpose and also there is no additional reason. I usually keep your data for 6 months maximum and then your data is automatically deleted if you donā€™t visit or use my services anymore. Also, I manually delete your personal data that are stored in backup archives.

The way I keep your data safe:

I have a great organized way and technical process to keep your personal data stored in my server and safe. As there is no 100% secure electronic data transmission using internet, I cannot guarantee any modification or stealing of your data through hacking and other ways of cybercrimes. However, I use premium security methods/technologies for my website so that the users can surf in a secure environment through the internet.    

About Your/Users Privacy Rights:

  • You can register and sign-in to my website any time. Also you can do the opposite, meaning you can change, edit or even delete your account and all other shared details (payment method, social media accounts) from my website at any time. About that you can contact us too and according to your request I will do it properly for you.   
  • If you find out any kind of unnecessary/unlawfully processing of your data in my website then you have full right to sue me and call for your local data protection supervisory authority.   • If you feel like withdrawing any kind of consent with me then you are free to do so any time according to applicable law in this matter. After withdrawing your consent with me about any service, you might not access related services anymore or some other features of my website.      

Controlling Do-Not-Track Feature:

There are some mobile operating systems, mobile apps, or web browsers which have a feature called Do-Not-Track (DNT) in the settings section. You can activate it to provide a signal of not to collect your personal data while browsing through internet. But this feature is not developed at standard level yet and people are not adopting it like a popular feature. If there will be a well developed and effective DNT feature in future adopted by my users IĀ will must follow the instructions and update my policy according to their privacy policy.
